Service terms

These terms govern purchases and use of Aelixar mobile service in the United Kingdom. Your order summary, plan description, and accepted checkout total form part of the agreement.

Plans and payment

Prices, currency, tax, duration, and allowances are shown before payment. Payment is authorised through Stripe or an approved partner arrangement. An unpaid Checkout Session expires after 24 hours.

Activation and identity checks

Service activation depends on successful payment, available inventory, accurate customer information, and any identity or network checks required for the selected product.

Physical SIM delivery

Physical SIM orders are subject to stock and correct delivery information. Delivery is included in the displayed commercial total unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Number transfers

You must provide accurate transfer credentials and keep the previous service active. Dates are estimates until the relevant providers confirm them.

Renewals and add-ons

Renewal dates advance only after confirmed payment and fulfilment. Top-ups and roaming packages are one-time purchases unless their description expressly states otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

Rights depend on the service state, product type, and applicable law. Activated digital service, consumed allowances, completed number transfers, and dispatched physical SIMs may affect eligibility. Contact support promptly.

Acceptable use

Service must not be used unlawfully, fraudulently, to interfere with networks, or in a manner that harms other customers or providers.
