How to switch mobile service and keep your number
Request a PAC, keep the current line active, and submit the transfer through the protected PORT journey.

Do not cancel the existing service before the number transfer finishes. The number normally must remain active for the current provider to release it.
Continue using the old service until Aelixar reports that the provider has completed the transfer.

Request and check the PAC
The UK transfer journey requires the mobile number and a valid PAC from the current provider. A requested transfer date can be supplied when needed.
PAC validity and provider acceptance are confirmed during the real transfer process.

Submit through protected checkout

Provider acceptance happens after the paid order reaches fulfilment.
